Youth is full of sport, age's breath is short; youth is nimble, age is lame; Youth is hot and bold, age is weak and cold; Youth is wild, and age is tame.
The Woodward Shakespeare Festival is happy to present the first annual YES! Shakespeare Project this July - August (2013).
Through a partnership with Fresno Pacific University (FPU), WSF will co-host local teens in a three-week workshop around its summer season of Shakespearean plays. We will play games together, practice Shakespearean style, learn scenes and explore our creative voices by devising original scenes in response to the play material. The workshop ends with a performance at the WSF stage in Woodward Park on Friday, August 16 at 7 pm.

Weeks 1 & 2: Mondays-Thursdays, 10 am - 3 pm (lunch provided)
