WSF is thrilled to bring you three passionate directors to share their vision of the power of theatre.

Aaron Spjute: A Midsummer Night's Dream 
Aaron Spjute studied theatre at FCC, BYU, and at the University of Exeter in England. Currently, he teaches a variety of theatre and English courses at several local colleges.  He was featured as Sir John Falstaff in Season 8's The Merry Wives of Windsor

Gabriela Lawson: Inherit the Wind 
Gabi grew up doing ballet and community theatre here in Fresno, where she was born and raised. She has performed with such local companies as Fresno Playhouse, Inc., Cynthia Merrill, Epic Theatre, the drama department at Fresno City College both as a student and as a guest artist, and as a student at Roosevelt School of the Arts. She directed Season 8's The Merry Wives of Windsor and played Blanche DuBois in A Streetcar Named Desire.

Erica Riggs: Julius Caesar 
Erica has been involved with WSF since 2006. She has played Lady Macduff in Macbeth, Queen Elizabeth in Richard III, Goneril in King Lear and Sue Bayliss in All My Sons. She has also directed and acted in many of the staged readings that WSF presents at the Woodward Park Regional Library.

In other arts the audience sees the result of a creative process. In theatre the audience is present during that process.
